Warrikal’s meticulous planning resulted in an incident-free project, optimised schedule, and on time, under budget completion. Warrikal also managed the entire project tracking process during execution, providing daily updates and re-forecasting.

Provided the Client with Engineering support and innovative solutions due to unforeseen clashes, by making improvements to an existing design, to complete works safely in a shorter duration.
20% of the project budget was used to engage Indigenous subcontractors.

Key Highlights:

Full replacement of x2 apron feeders
Due to the limited access of the area, all existing chutes were removed in smaller sections and a new design implemented for all chutes to be flanged.
Full replacement of all vault liners with a Warrikal designed product.
New isolation gates installed as part of a continuous improvement planning put forward by Warrikal.
