Warrikal Staff App

You will receive communications about the Warrikal Staff App via text messages and emails to your nominated email address over the coming weeks. This will outline what the company is doing, any instructions for you and include tools or guidance to use the new app.  

Currently there is nothing you need to do. You will continue to receive text communication as normal. When the new system goes live, communications will be received in the Staff App and you can reply there.

Once the system is live, you will be provided with the website address and your login details.

No, but from the website you can use the share icon and “Add to Home Screen”. This will pin it on any device as an icon for easy access.  

The staff app and planning system does not have the ability to make changes to your phone or read any data from your phone. The staff app is web based and is not installed to your phone from the App Store and can only send you push notifications.

Warrikal New Planning System (to be renamed – enter the competition!)

Warrikal has spent two years developing a new workforce planning system. To ensure you understand the changes, communications will be sent out to you over the coming weeks. These communications will introduce you to the new planning system, offer guidance, tools and supportThe system is expected to go live from 16 June 2025.

Once the system goes live (currently scheduled from 16 June 2025), instructions will be provided to you. This will walk you through how to update your unavailability for work in the system and provide a date when this will commence 

UAT is User Acceptance Testing.

Only those who have been nominated by their team leaders will need to be involved in UAT.
